Twitter

I joined Twitter during the second half of 2020 to help with the rebrand of Twitter Business. For this project, I was acted as a creative consultant for the team of marketers on the Global Business Brand team.

The bulk of my time consisted of reviewing brand narratives, making the tone and voice more holistic, running naming workshops, partnering with product & research to plan and test new business value propositions.

Of course, all of this is still under wraps until 2021. So, before we get to chat in person ;) Please take a look at some of the more tangible stuff I worked on below.

Twitter quarterly earnings

Did I have the honor of putting words in Jack Dorsey’s mouth? Maybe…

Aside from working on the rebrand, I was also responsible for writing the script for the Earnings Report every quarter. These scripts are used by Jack Dorsey (CEO, Twitter) and Ned Segal (CFO, Twitter) to use during the Quarterly investor meeting and interviews for news outlets like CNBC.

Here’s a clip of Mr. CFO on CNBC reporting Q3 earnings:

Pitch decks

The Brand team also creates narratives for Twitter sales across the globe where Twitter Ads has a market. When I was not working on the rebrand, I helped create narratives for the sales team to use for pitches.

Here’s a sample of a sports-focused pitch deck I wrote:
