For most external content, I worked on the Google Ads product speaking to small and medium-sized businesses (SMB). Because of the unique nature of the SMB audience, content I wrote was both B2B and B2C. This content included website copy, new product naming, email campaigns, newsletters, sales communication, in product UX, and more.

I chose a storytelling format for the display of Google internal stats, making the technical information friendly and relatable for this audience segment.
